Overview

Felix’s practice is concentrated in the areas of employment, insurance, civil rights, personal injury appellate, and aviation law. Felix’s court appellate background is a key factor in his selection to handle some of the most difficult procedural issues in litigation.

Felix served as a law clerk to the Honorable Herman J. Weber, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and as a Law Clerk and Court Administrator of the Court of Appeals of Ohio, Second Appellate District.
