Overview

Jeff’s practice focuses on civil litigation, with an emphasis in the areas of medical defense litigation and health law matters. He represents and is active in the defense of hospitals, physicians, dentists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals against malpractice and wrongful death claims. He also works with clients proactively to address risk management and related medical staff issues. In addition, Jeff represents clients in landlord-tenant, premises liability, appellate  and various general insurance matters.
