Bob's practice focuses on Business Law, which encompasses real estate, corporate law and commercial litigation matters. He is experienced in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions and regularly handles the negotiations, acquisition, development and leasing of commercial properties. Bob also assists small businesses in all aspects of initial startup including entity selection and incorporation. His litigation experience includes prosecuting and defending non-compete lawsuits, contract disputes, and representation of financial institutions.

- Has represented numerous clients in the sale and purchase of multi-million dollar companies, both of asset and stock, and the negotiation of all related agreements.
- Defended from start to conclusion a local bank in a lender liability case, obtaining summary judgment and affirmance by the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals
- Experienced in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions including sale, acquisition and construction, advising clients on tax-deferment and like-kind exchanges.
- Represents franchisees of numerous companies
- Prosecutes and defends non-compete lawsuits.
- Involved in all aspects of negotiation and purchase of real estate and related development leasing of strip centers.
- Extensive experience negotiating leases in all types of commercial centers.
- Assists business clients in entity selection, formation and initial startup and drafting of operating agreements.
