Overview

Ann’s practice focuses on litigation, which encompasses the areas of commercial litigation, construction law, mold litigation, real estate, and landlord tenant law. She is experienced in all aspects of construction litigation including claims against contractors and design professionals, mold claims, construction defect claims, delay claims and payment disputes. She also assists landlords with all aspects of landlord-tenant disputes as well as lease negotiations.
