Overview

Jon’s practice focuses on litigation, with an emphasis in the areas of insurance coverage, personal injury, and premises liability. He is experienced in all aspects of a civil case, from discovery to trial and post trial relief, and represents both individuals and businesses. Jon has also represented both adults and juveniles charged with misdemeanors and felony criminal offenses in Kentucky district, circuit, and federal courts. Jon has also represented clients in family court for family and personal issues involving divorce, child custody, and visitation.
