Chris’ practice is concentrated on construction law, professional liability, and the representation of architects and engineers. Chris has extensive experience representing design professionals, contractors, subcontractors, developers, suppliers, and insurance companies in mediation, arbitration and litigation of construction project disputes, delay and defect claims, landslide, mold, and wrongful death claims and serious personal injury claims. Chris also counsels construction industry clients on risk management and contract drafting and negotiation matters.
