Bank, N.A. v. O’Brien (2006)168 Ohio App.3d 137, 858 N.E.2d 1220 and JPMorgan Chase Bank v. Howell, 883 N.E.2d 106 (Ind. Ct. App 2007).
- Representation of corporate-creditor clients in federal bankruptcy proceedings with respect to preference actions and adversary proceedings, including fraudulent conveyance actions, lien priority disputes, dischargeability challenges, relief from stay motions, and objections to confirmation.
- Representation of individual and business clients with respect to business formation, trusts and estates planning, probate administration, and related taxation issues.
