Overview

In the last forty years of his experience, Tom has had extensive experience in the area of general business and corporate law, including representation of multinational corporations in financing mergers and acquisitions. He has represented architects and contractor companies in all facets of their business. He has represented families and individuals in estate planning and probate matters. In addition, he has broad experience in the field of domestic relations. He has trial experience in state and federal court; primarily in the areas of tort claims and contract disputes.

In addition to his civilian career, he completed 33 years in the U.S. Navy Reserve, serving 6 years as a naval aviator and 27 years in the Judge Advocate Corp. He retired in 1992 with the rank of Captain.
