Because product liability claims are inherently complex, a proactive, results-oriented plan is essential. Our attorneys are frequently called upon to handle high-dollar and catastrophic cases.  We routinely litigate matters that involve personal injuries, death, property damages, and economic losses.

Team members assist clients with the prosecution and defense of product liability actions based on
claims of:

  • Negligence
  • Strict liability
  • Breach of express or implied warranty
  • Failure to warn and/or inadequate warning
  • Lemon law or consumer sales practices violations based on product defect or similar claims.   Our Product Liability Team can also effectively assist you with your non-product liability based “lemon law” and consumer sales practices claims.

Our work in product liability spans many industry sectors, including automotive, aviation, elevators and escalators, consumer goods, heavy equipment, machine tools, tires, construction, sporting and recreational equipment, and others.
