Rendigs’ attorneys, Wil Weisenfelder and Mike Foley recently obtained a defense verdict in a trial in the United States District for the Southern District of Ohio. The case involved claims of unlawful search and excessive force against three police officers. The Honorable Walter H. Rice presided over the trial.
