After a six day jury trial, Paul McCartney received a defense verdict last month in a nursing home negligence case. Plaintiff claimed he was prematurely discharged, leading to a fall at home 43 days later. The Jury took less than 1 ½ hours in deciding that both the nursing home and the attending physician appropriately discharged the Plaintiff. The case was tried before Judge Bronson in the Warren County Court of Common Pleas.
