Rendigs Attorney, Jonathan Saxton, will present at the upcoming 2009 BECO Annual Conference on the topic of environmental litigation, contractor liability and construction/contractor issues. The conference will be held on October 21-22 at the Ramada Plaza Hotel in Columbus. Jon’s presentation will be featured on the second day of the conference, October 22, at 11 am. Building Environment Council of Ohio’s (BECO) focus is building environment and all facilities in Ohio. The organization works to solve problems within buildings arising from pollutants in and immediately around those buildings. The annual conference will feature speakers on topics of accessing DOD information/programs for your company, progress in implementing EPA’s new Lead (Pb) Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) Program, attaining LEED credits for indoor air quality, OEPA and ODH enforcement practices, and much more.
