OACTA requested that Rendigs attorney, Vaseem Hadi, participate in its 2010 Product Liability CLE seminar in Columbus, Ohio on June 4, 2010. OACTA President, John Hands, introduced Vaseem who discussed the product liability chapter in his new book, Anderson's Ohio Personal Injury Litigation Manual," which covered issues such as Federal preemption, fire litigation, retention and use of experts and an update on recent Ohio product liability appellate decisions that the seminar's other speakers discussed.
