Vaseem Hadi's article titled, "6th Circuit Decision Applies Strict Scrutiny to Racial Classifications" was published in the August 2010 issue of the CBA Report. The article discusses the recent decision made by the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio this Spring about the surplussing of a long-term substitute teacher under the Cincinnati Public Schools bylaws which will impact school districts throughout Ohio.
