Wil Weisenfelder, James Englert and Lynne Longtin, recently received a favorable ruling in the twelfth District Court of Appeals. The Court affirmed the trial court’s granting of summary judgment in favor of the defendant township. The decision is significant in that it is a case of first impression in Ohio and recognizes a limited home rule township may enact impact fees.
