Rendigs, Fry, Kiely & Dennis, LLP announced the appointment of Nan Miller as their new Executive Director. Ms. Miller will be responsible for managing business functions as well as the overall operation of the firm's offices. She is also responsible for financial and planning controls, administration and human resources, systems and facilities, and she will also identify and plan for the changing needs of the firm.
"Nan brings the perfect mix of knowledge, skills and experience to support the management of our law firm," said Steven D. Hengehold, Chair of Rendigs' Management Committee. "Nan knows how to develop and execute strategies across the various administrative areas that are critical to the continued success of our firm."
Prior to joining Rendigs, Ms. Miller was a Practice Director of Administration at Ernst & Young, holding various director level positions during her 28 year tenure. Her experience lies in the areas of leadership and management, financial budgeting, facilities operations, customer service, strategic planning, and project management.
"Serving as Executive Director will allow me to apply my broad experience in leading operations and administration in a professional services firm. It's truly an exciting opportunity," said Nan.
