For years, long term care facilities have faced some of the greatest regulatory scrutiny from state and federal agencies.  This scrutiny has been matched in recent years by an increasing number of lawsuits relative to resident care fueled by an aggressive and organized national plaintiff’s bar.

Recognized nationally as one of the leading long term care defense firms in Ohio, Rendigs represents skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers, hospices, and long term acute care hospitals.   Our clients rely on us to counsel them on a variety of issues including civil lawsuits related to patient/resident care, licensure and certification, enforcement and fraud and abuse.  We understand the delicate balance between a resident’s rights and our client’s right to the fair representation of its facility and practices. Our attorneys vigorously defend our clients during pre-trial, trial, and post-trial proceedings, as well as arbitration.
