Our Municipal & Government Law Team

Ryan practices in general civil litigation, with an emphasis on federal court practice and insurance defense. Prior to joining Rendigs, Ryan served as a law clerk to U.S. District Court Judge David L. Bunning in the Eastern District of Kentucky, and to U.S. District Court Judge William J. Zloch in the Southern District of Florida. He has also served as a State Prosecutor in Indiana, and as an advisor to a national non-profit corporation in Washington, D.C.

James’ practice focuses on litigation, with an emphasis on construction law, employment law, civil rights, and professional liability. Beginning with his federal courtship, James has substantial experience with federal court cases, at the trial court and appellate levels. James is often called upon within the office and by referring counsel to prepare and argue appellate briefs.
Mike’s practice is unique as he can seamlessly transition from handling cases involving catastrophic personal injury claims, to complex commercial and product liability, to professional and municipal liability claims.
