Subrogation is an essential legal tool that protects the financial interests of insurers. Our attorneys have worked on behalf of insurance companies to aggressively pursue a maximized recovery in a multitude of fact patterns. We have sought and obtained judgments and settlements in matters in Ohio and Kentucky, receiving either lump sum payments or secured  payment plans.

In these cases, our attorneys protect client interests through the early identification of the legal and factual issues, the proper preservation of critical evidence, the retention of properly qualified experts, and where possible, soliciting early involvement from responsible third parties. Our attorneys use their extensive experience to identify and retain the most knowledgeable and credible experts in the fields appropriate to the client’s claim.
