Overview

Tom has an active practice defending hospital and healthcare providers in  Ohio, Kentucky and throughout the state of Colorado.

Tom’s practice focuses on the representation of physicians, nurses, hospitals and other healthcare providers in actions involving allegations of professional malpractice. Tom is a trial lawyer who defends healthcare professionals in state and federal Courts located in Colorado, Ohio  and Kentucky in cases that involve catastrophic adult, fetal and neonatal injuries and wrongful death. 

Tom enjoys skiing, biking and University of Colorado football games.

Experience

    Represents hospitals, nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers in Ohio, Kentucky and the state of Colorado in medical malpractice claims and licensure matters. 

    Advising clients on risk management issues, policies, procedures and protocols.

    Extensive trial experience in hospital and healthcare litigation and medical malpractice claims.
