Parker earned a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in English from the University of Kentucky in 2022, where she was a member of the Lewis Honors College and authored a thesis examining mass incarceration within the U.S. government. A decorated student-athlete, she was a four-time SEC Academic Honor Roll honoree, an SEC champion, and a repeat qualifier for the NCAA Championships and United States Olympic Trials.
Parker went on to earn her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2025, where she was active in several organizations, serving on the executive board for both Out and Allies and UCincyIP. As a member of the UC Law Review, Parker served as an Associate Member her 2L year, authoring three published blog articles, and later went on to serve on the executive board her 3L year as Notes and Comments Chair. Parker was also active in several clinics throughout her time at UC, including the Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic (ECDC) and the Trademark Clinic, where she provided free legal services to small businesses, including drafting operating agreements, service agreements, and privacy agreements, as well as assisting clients in securing intellectual property rights.
Outside of her legal work, she enjoys spending time with her cat, Monty, fostering through Ohio Alleycat Rescue (OAR), and—though now retired from competition—remaining connected to swimming through the YMCA and coaching on the pool deck.
