Ted’s practice focuses on several different areas of litigation including medical malpractice, workers’ compensation, and related administrative proceedings (VSSR, OSHA), commercial and personal injury litigation. He regularly appears in courts both state and federal in Ohio and Kentucky and also practices before administrative agencies such as the Ohio Industrial Commission and OSHA. Ted is involved in his church, North Cincinnati Community Church, and is active in his home community of Loveland, Ohio.

Experience

• Defense of physicians and hospitals in medical malpractice cases and trials in both state and federal courts in Ohio and Kentucky
• Defense of state fund and self-insured employers before the Ohio Bureau of Workers Compensation, Ohio Industrial Commission, and in court.
• Served as law clerk to Judge Thomas D. Lambros, U.S. District Court, Cleveland, Ohio, 1985-1987
