We are excited to announce that our Cincinnati office is moving. In October, we will be leaving our location on Vine Street and moving into a newly renovated, state-of-the-art office suite on the 17th floor at 250 East 5th Street. The move will allow us to continue growing while using our space more efficiently as technology changes the way we practice.
We’re moving. In October, our Cincinnati-based practice will be relocating from our current office at 600 Vine Street to a newly renovated, state-of-the-art office suite on the 17th floor at Columbia Plaza. Our new address will be:
250 East 5th Street
Suite 1700
Cincinnati, OH 45202
Our phone number and all other contact information will remain unchanged. While we are not moving far—just a few blocks—our decision is driven by the shifting needs of our practice.
Our New Office Will Allow Us to Grow Without Unnecessary Space
We are continuing to grow, and we are excited for what 2027 has in store. At the same time, our needs—particularly regarding physical space—are changing. While we once had significant storage needs for our clients’ paper files, our physical storage needs have been reduced dramatically as the legal industry has shifted to electronic records.
As a result, today we need more room for people and less space for “stuff,” and we view that as a good thing. Our capabilities are growing, but instead of expanding our footprint, we are shifting our resources to use them more efficiently. While our Vine Street location served our needs for years, it is not well-suited to our firm’s long-term trajectory. This means that it is time to make a change.
We Will Be Able to Grow with a Modern, Savvy Approach
Our new office at Columbia Plaza is truly a state-of-the-art legal facility. It has everything we need to meet our clients’ needs not only today, but, crucially, in the years to come. It is the right size and layout for our firm’s needs, and it will allow us to continue taking a modern, savvy approach to what we do best for the foreseeable future.
While we are only moving a few blocks, we are also excited to be slightly closer to Cincinnati’s riverfront. We are now closer to the Great American Ball Park and Smale Riverfront Park, which has been ranked among the nation’s top riverwalks by USA Today. With easy access from I-71 and I-75 and a Cincinnati Bell Connector stop just a block away, our new office is just as accessible as our old one, and it offers more entertainment and dining options for our staff and clients when it is comfortable enough to walk.
We look forward to welcoming our clients to our new office at Columbia Plaza. If you would like to schedule a meeting or tour our new facilities, we invite you to get in touch.
