Edward has over 7 years of experience in litigation and business matters. His litigation practice encompasses the defense of a broad array of claims including personal injury and wrongful death, premises liability, trucking and motor vehicle accidents and insurance coverage disputes. In the business arena, Edward assists clients with business formation, drafting and negotiating operating agreements, drafting master service agreements and transaction-specific contracts, and advising clients on their various business and employment issues.
